We begin with a free 60-minute call to feel into the fit

If it’s aligned, I’ll send a custom proposal based on our intentions—including the length of the container, session frequency, and what will be included

Sessions take place in person or over Zoom, depending on your needs

Signal app support for real-time check-ins may be included between sessions, if desired
