DROP-IN GROUPS
Dip your toes into the magic of playing in the dark.
ABOUT
What if transformation didn’t have to be a long journey—but could happen in a single, unexpected moment?
These one-time, emergent groups are shaped by the unique energy and expression of those who show up. Some invite you into a specific theme or modality—others stay intentionally open, welcoming the raw material of the moment: grief, joy, rage, stuckness, creativity. All of it has a place here. And no two journeys are the same.
Each experience is a living ritual—crafted in real-time, co-created with your presence, and designed to awaken something surprising, meaningful, and deeply alive.
If you’re curious or craving connection, these sessions offer a rich taste of what it’s like to Play in the Dark.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Expect the unexpected—in the best way. These sessions often include:
Embodied movement and creative play
Tools to drop-in and learn what is in the dark
Group witnessing, ritual, or co-creation
Surprising moments of intimacy, connection, beauty, laughter, and insight
You don’t need to prepare or know anyone. Just come as you are—with your whole self—and meet others doing the same.
WHO IS THIS FOR
You’re curious about the work and want to explore without committing to a full container
You long for connection in a creative, brave, and playful space
You’re moving through something and want support without needing to explain everything
You love the idea of being surprised—by yourself, by others, by the experience
You’re someone who believes in magic, even if you sometimes forget how to find it

“To truly laugh, you must be able to take your pain and play with it.”
— Charlie Chaplin
HOW IT WORKS
Show up as your authentic self, we’ll take care of the rest
Drop-in groups happen regularly—each one unique, shaped by who shows up and what wants to move
Some are themed (grief, art, anger, power, body image, music, etc.) while others are more emergent and open-ended
No commitment or prep required—just your willingness to show up.
We spend time understanding the rules of the playground and our own unique nervous system so you will never be asked to do something that you don’t want to
We allow the unique ways we are meant to play to emerge from grounding into yourselves, invoking the playful one, and welcoming what wants to played with that is present in the darkness.
These groups are not held in literal darkness. We are honoring the metaphorical dark.
