CLOSED LONG-TERM CONTAINERS

Play Your Way Into Lasting Change and Real Belonging

ABOUT

What if you felt so safe and comfortable in community that it allowed for massive transformations to happen?

This is for those ready to commit to a longer journey—those who understand that meaningful growth unfolds over time, in spaces where we feel truly seen. In these closed groups, you build real intimacy with a consistent circle of people. You create together, witness each other, and grow into new versions of yourselves—through presence, expression, and sacred play.

Each group becomes its own living ecosystem—shaped by who shows up, what emerges, and what the moment asks of us. With movement, ritual, creativity, and collective witnessing, we meet the dark with open hearts and unexpected joy. And being seen in your becoming doesn’t just amplify your growth—it makes it real.

Over time, defenses soften, the masks come off, and new ways of being emerge. You remember what it’s like to belong—to yourself, and to others.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Expect the unexpected—in the best way. These sessions often include:

Deep, ongoing connection and mutual support

Tools to explore what’s hidden beneath the surface

Embodied movement, creative play, and emotional expression

Rituals, witnessing, and spontaneous co-creation

Moments of laughter, surprise, intimacy, insight, and shared meaning

Shifts that don’t fade—because they’re rooted in the body and the collective

You don’t need to know anyone or be anything other than yourself. Just come as you are, and leave with new ways to meet yourself and others—with play, presence, and power.

WHO IS THIS FOR

You crave depth, community, and honest connection

You want to explore shadow, creativity, and embodiment in a sacred, supported space

You’re ready to be seen—and to see others—in ways that shift everything

You believe in the magic of what happens when people gather with shared intention

You’re done bypassing and want to meet life as it is—with presence, power, and play

“The creation of something new is not accomplished by the intellect but by the play instinct.”
— Carl Jung

HOW IT WORKS

Closed, long-term groups are offered throughout the year, with no more than 8 participants per cohort to ensure intimacy and depth.

Groups meet weekly for 6–12 weeks, depending on the specific container

We begin by grounding into safety—exploring our nervous systems, setting group agreements, and learning the “rules of the playground”

Play is invited, not pushed—you’ll never be asked to do something you’re not ready for

From grounding and presence, we invoke the playful one and what is asking for support in the dark. We follow what wants to be explored together

Themes and play arise organically, helping the group build coherence, courage, and momentum

Optional Signal app support allows space for check-ins, celebrations, and shared integration between sessions

Note: These containers honor the metaphorical dark—not literal darkness. We’re exploring the parts of life and self that are often hidden, feared, or forgotten—and finding what’s possible when they’re met with care and creativity.

  • “In my 55 years, I have never been a ‘group person’, feeling a private, vulnerable, not my cup of tea vibe, maybe protection.  The experience I had, facilitated and held with such profound love and grace by Danielle, was like spiritual honey and homecoming. To gather in the dark, to transform the dark, in such a space of power and safety was like a long awaited and yearned for exhale. It was important. It was beautiful. It was nurturing and gently nudging that edge simultaneously. It was healing and transformative. And it was stabilizing. I am profoundly grateful to Danielle for creating and guiding this experience, the effects of which will Ripple and alchemize much more than I can even know now. Just beautiful.”  -Laurel

  • “How to Play in the Dark experience was EPIC, y'all!!!! 100/10 would recommend!!!!” -Amelia

  • “Danielle creates the safest spaces because she cares so deeply about feeling safe.” -Julie
